Airport luggage rule: Every Heathrow passenger typically has one large suitcase plus hand luggage. For airport pickups, luggage significantly reduces usable passenger capacity on minibuses. Example: a 16-seat minibus can carry only 8–10 passengers when everyone has airport luggage, because the rear boot fills quickly with no underfloor hold. Coaches (33 seats and above) have a dedicated underfloor hold and can carry all seated passengers with standard airport luggage. Not sure which vehicle is right for your group size and luggage? Special Requirements — Accessible & Children's Travel
Our minibus fleet can be configured for passengers with special needs and for school or children's groups. No surcharge for accessible or special needs vehicles — we believe accessible transport should be priced equally. Select the relevant option when booking and we will confirm vehicle suitability in advance.
Wheelchair Accessible Minibus
Mercedes Sprinter wheelchair-accessible vehicles with ramp or lift access, four-point securement and additional space. Our Southall-based operator partner specialises in council-contracted special needs transport and holds the relevant PSV and PCO licences for this service. DBS-checked drivers trained in assisted boarding. No extra charge for accessible vehicles. Please confirm the number of wheelchair users when booking.
School & Children's Groups
Seatbelts on all seats, DBS-checked and CRB-cleared drivers. Suitable for school trips, sports fixtures and educational visits from Heathrow. Risk assessment available on request.
Child Seat Requests
Child and infant seats available on request for minibus bookings. Please specify the ages and number of children needing child seats in the additional requirements field when booking.
Elderly & Assisted Passengers
Drivers are trained to assist elderly or mobility-impaired passengers. Extra boarding time can be arranged. Note any specific requirements in the additional requirements field at booking.
